We want you to love your Audax timepiece. If it is not right for you, this policy explains how to exchange or return it, and how refunds work. It applies to orders placed on www.audaxwatches.com. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange or return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• unworn and unused, with all protective films and stickers still on the case and bracelet;

• not resized, altered or engraved after delivery;

• returned in its original Audax box and packaging, with the warranty card, all accessories, removed links and any tags;

• returned with its original IGI certificate (for IGI-certified models).

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

• Engraved or personalised pieces, unless they are faulty.

• Gift cards.

• Items that show signs of wear, scratches, damage or tampering that was not present on delivery.

• Items returned without the original IGI certificate. If the certificate is missing, we may deduct the cost of reissuing it from your refund.

• Items bought from Amazon, Etsy or any other retailer. Please return those to the seller you bought from.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: you pay the cost of returning the item to us. Please use a tracked and insured service, because the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay for the return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label.

• We cover any import charges on returns arriving in India. When you ship, mark the parcel "Returned Goods – Not for Resale" so it clears customs without delay.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

• Step 1. Email Support@audaxwatches.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item, whether you want an exchange or a refund, the reason, and a few photos of the item.

• Step 2. We will reply within 2 working days with your Return Authorisation number and the return address. Please do not send items without one.

• Step 3. Pack the item securely in its original box, inside a plain outer shipping box, and send it within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorisation.

• Step 4. Email us your tracking number.

5. Refunds

• When your return arrives, we inspect it within 3-5 working days and email you to confirm the outcome.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full price you paid, including taxes and duties.

• Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show the refund on your statement.

• If your return does not meet the conditions above, we will send it back to you and let you know why.

6. Exchanges

Want a different model, colour or bracelet size? Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery using the same steps. Exchanges depend on stock. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item.

• If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it free of charge.

• If a manufacturing fault appears after the 14-day window, it is covered by our 2-year Warranty. See our Warranty Policy.

8. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK: Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

• How to withdraw: tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to Support@audaxwatches.com You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

• Returning the goods: send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning it.

• Your refund: we will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods back, or until you show proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

• Handling: you may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it. If its value is reduced because it was handled beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund 10 working days after we confirmed it, please check with your bank first, then contact us. We will help.
